MatrixCare for Assisted Living KPIs mobile app is a robust analysis tool that provides community operators with real time information that will enable them to make critical business decisions on the go. Access to important metrics is provided in both numerical and graphical formats by property, region, division and company on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.

The application provides 12 pre-defined measurable KPI’s:

• Percentage of financial beds and/or apartments occupied
• Resident aging balance
• Total revenues/financial occupancy
• Number of physical residents
• Cumulative total of resident collections
• Total deposits received

• Total Move-Outs
